Shipping and Delivery

Keen ships within the United States and select international markets. Delivery timelines provided during checkout are estimates only. Once your package leaves Keen’s facility, the responsibility for delivery shifts to the carrier.

Product Warranty

All Keen footwear purchased in North America is protected against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
